I want to rave about my experience with Once Upon a Teapup!!! My experience was first class each step of the way.
Let me start by saying that I had been searching for a puppy for several months, when I happened across Ginger and Once Upon a Teapup. Up to that point, the first questions I had gotten were the following: how much was I willing to pay? and where should they send the puppy? When I first called Once Upon a Teapup, Ginger answered the phone with a friendly, "Hello." She took the time to address all of my questions and concerns in that first phone call. She was also making sure that I was ready for puppy, not that I could AFFORD one. She helped me through every step of the process. I live in a different state so I had to wait a few weeks before I could pick up my puppy. She would happily send me pictures and updates; and, she would give me vivid details on the phone as to how my puppy was doing and what her personality was like. She e-mailed a detailed list of supplies that I would need for the puppy, which I have used. Her husband hand delivered a perfect little puppy to me. She is healthy, happy and prettier than I ever imagined. She is already my cherished companion, eventhough I have had her for only a few weeks. I am grateful to Ginger and her business for bringing such joy into my life. I recommend

What can I say! You have found the perfect puppy for us, she is truly outstanding and I can't thank you

I just want to thank you again for our beautiful maltese. She is doing wonderful and everyone who see's her
can't beleive she is real. We went for her third puppy shot and my Vet said she is a very healthy puppy. I

I bought a Poodle from Ginger and he has to be the most precious thing I have ever bought in my life.
Ginger was so helpful and answered all my questions anytime I called. She had this little boy wrapped up
in the cutest little outfit and had a bed hand made for him when I came to pick him up. I would

“We are home and she is beautiful! Cece is getting along great with Emily. She had a nice bath and a few bits
of food, played with the kids and then went to bed. Cece is the sweetest little Maltese in the whole world.
I was surprised how much tinier Cece is than Emily, actually quite pleased. Thank you for such a sweet
beautiful little girl! She stayed in Emily's bed all night and with her, it was so cute. This morning when she
needed to go potty, she used her potty pad (yeah).
Ginger we could not have asked for a more perfect Maltese. I only wish Emily was as sweet. CeCe is such a

First and foremost, I'd like to thank Ginger for all her help and follow ups. Her puppies are Awesome in every way. This is Bianca Evans, I spoke to you last week about my search for a male tiny teacup poodle. I just want to thank you for your patience and professionalism during our initial conversation - I'm sure you receive tons of inquiries daily, but you made me feel like a priority in the few short minutes we talked, and I just wanted to compliment you on that. (I've called many breeders since our brief conversation, and you are one of the only ones where I didn't feel like I was being rushed off the phone - I TRULY appreciate that. )
Anyway, just wanted to send you a brief email to see if I could be placed on the waiting list for one of your gorgeous puppies - I am searching for a male micro/tiny teacup poodle that will mature between 2 to 2.5 lbs. full grown - my color choice in order of preference is 1) ice white, 2) dark mahogany red, and 3) dark chocolate brown. Are you expecting any ones like this in the near future? In particular, I love Sugar on your website, but I just really wanted a male - do you have any more like her coming up (only male, of course)?

ITS VERY HARD TO FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH GETTING A DOG SIGHT UNSEEN AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT THIS LADY DOES EVRYTHING IN HER POWER TO PLEASE YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE ABOUT BUYING A PUPPY FROM HER.
