What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards through paypal and also bank wires to our bank account. You can do a direct deposit into our bank account for your puppy.
Paypal charges a 3.5 percent fee for using there services, this percentage is added to the total purchase price of the puppy, so if the puppy is $3000 it will be a $105. fee to send money through paypal.
We do not take credit card information over the phone. All payment arrangements must be taken care of through PayPal.
Do you accept deposits?
Yes, we accept and encourage deposits to reserve the puppy of your choice.
We can not hold any puppy without a deposit. Deposits are $500 for each of our puppies and Exclusive puppies $1000. If you place a deposit on for your puppy, the remaining balance will need to be paid within 5 days.
When your puppies remaining balance is paid, we will email you with your puppies flight confirmation and delivery date.
If we do not receive full payment within 7 days, you will lose your deposit and the puppy will be re-listed on our site and available for another customer to purchase.
Please understand that ALL DEPOSITS are not refundable for Change of Heart Conditions.
Is it safe to ship and what is involved?
Yes! When shipping a puppy across the country or around the world, planes are the preferred mode of transit, most of the major airlines have animal transportation specialists.
Your puppy will be seen by our licensed Veterinarian. A Health Certificate must be issued by our Veterinarian stating your puppy is healthy so we can fly your puppy to you.
We can make your puppy experience very special by Hand Delivering your baby to your nearest major airport.
Worldwide delivery is available.
No shipping charges for puppies that are picked up.

What's included with our puppy and Health Guarantee?
Each puppy will be up to date with vaccinations, deworming and be vet checked prior to to coming to you. You will receive a California certified health certificate and shot records.
Each puppy comes with our 1 year health guarantee.( view our health guarantee ) Our guarantee does not cover the size of your puppy only genetic health problems.
We will also email you a Puppy Packet that includes the type of food he/she has been eating, training tips and more. If picking your puppy up, we will give you all the information above that day.
You will also receive a starter puppy gift basket for pampering your new puppy.

How long does it take to receive my puppy?
A puppy must be between 14 and 16 weeks of age before they can be flown to you and extreme tinies longer.
As soon as we receive payment, we will immediately start the process of your puppy coming to us in the USA.
It normally will take 2 weeks for your puppy to arrive, but please understand that we are not responsible for flight delays or transport delays for any puppy sold from Once Upon A TeaPup. Every precaution is taken when transporting our puppies to the US and their new homes and flight delays are always possible. So, please understand when purchasing a puppy that delays are possible as puppies are not products and not shipped with a guaranteed delivery date. Also, at times if we feel the puppy is not ready to go to its new home the puppy will stay with us until we feel the puppy is 100 percent ready. Once your puppy is with us, he or she will need to stay in my home for a few days, your puppy needs a few days to rest and be seen by our Vet. Once our Vet see's your puppy and says it ok to go to it's new home, we will set up the delivery process and you will have your puppy withing a few days.
Please note we "do not give refunds" for flight delays or transport delays for any puppy sold.
Does my puppy have AKC papers?
All of our puppies are registered FCI ( Fédération Cynologique Internationale) and KKC (Korean Kennel Club) Papers for males are additional.
Once Upon a Teapup reserves the right to not sell to any individual(s) who we believe for any reason will not provide a safe and secure home for our puppies.
We only sell our puppies to loving pet homes and do not give breeding rights or akc papers. Our puppys have a very desireable look and we want to protect our breeders lines and our puppies from over breeding and puppy mills. Occasionally we will sale registration papers with our males only. This is after we check out your references to make sure you are reputable.
Will I get a health guarentee with my puppy?
Once Upon a Teapup includes a 1 year health guarantee with our puppies.
