When you are ready to purchase your puppy, you can pay a $500 deposit to hold your puppy up to 7 days
Exclusive Creme de la Creme puppies require a $1000 deposit. Deposits are non refundable.
You may also pay for you puppy in full through PayPal with a credit card or Bank Wire Transfer.
Once your payment is received in full we will post sold on your puppy.
If you are looking for a tiny teacup puppy and do not see a puppy on our site that you like, you can be added to our waiting list to be notified when we add new puppys to our website. We usually have new puppies added monthly.
Our prices are firm on puppies on our website so please do not email us or call us asking to take less.

1. We do accept a $500 deposit on our tiny puppies and Exclusive puppies $1000 via Paypal . Be sure to add Paypal's 3.5% in your deposit.
All Deposits are Non Refundable.
2. Final Payment due within 7 days of deposit received. Each puppy will be taken to the vet to get his/her health exam for the health certificate for travel with airlines as this is a law for interstate travel of any puppy. We do not send health records with the puppy, we will email you a copy the day of your puppys departure and mail the original to the address given at the time of purchase.
3. After all payments have been made. Your puppy will be shipped within 2 weeks from Korea. We are not responsible if a flight is canceled or delayed. We have the right to hold a puppy longer in our home than estimated delivery date if we feel the puppy is not ready to go. "Cancellation will not be accepted."
4. We will try to accommodate to your schedule when shipping your puppy, but please keep in mind that shipping can be delayed for any reason. Shipping Fee in not included in price of puppy. This fee is $350 for airline shipping and for pet Nanny delivery to your nearest airport, please contact us for pricing..Please understand that your puppy is in the best of hands and will be delivered safe and sound to you.
5. We do not have a cancellation policy so please understand that after payment has been made that payment is non-refundable. If the puppy you chose develops an issue prior to him/her leaving our care you will be notified and offered another puppy thats quality and price are comparable to what you originally paid.
(We do not give refunds for puppies, we will only replace your puppy)
6. When you pick up your puppy from the airport we reccomend bringing: Bottle of water, Puppy Pad, blanket and small amount of food and . We feed dry Royal Canin Mini Breed Puppy and it can be found at your local pet food store.
7. We would like to be notified that your puppy is home with you so that we know that the puppy is safe and in his/her new home.
We will also call or email you occassionally to make sure everything is going well with your new puppy. We like to be updated on how your puppy is doing and we greatly appreciate updated pictures of your puppy in their new home. We like to put pictures on our customer gallery page for customers to view.
